Why The Art of Fitness?

The Art of Fitness is the sum of my teaching and training.   I have incorporated all of my experience and knowledge into a system and philosophy that helps you achieve Your Goals. From rehabbing prior injuries, designing a program to help prevent injuries or achieving the ultimate you.  I have a combination of experience and knowledge unique in the fitness industry and able to take scientific and technical information to create simple and effective means of applying it to the "real world" - I am an exercise technician and insightful professional. You will not be "pigeon holed" or looked at in a bubble - your program will be thoughtfully and carefully designed to encompass all possible variables and maximize your results.

Our philosophy is represented in the four main aspects of fitness:

Our Mission is to educate clients on efficient training methods by breaking down complicated information into digestible, learnable, concepts that ultimately enables clients to get the results they have always wanted from their fitness program.

We break it down so you can break through!

I do personal training and groups.  Our Group Fitness Workouts, Fitness Boot Camps And Weight Loss Exercise Program will blow the doors off everything you've tried in the past!

When most people think of group fitness workouts they think of step aerobics, pink leg warmers and an overly energetic instructor hopped up on so much caffeine there's no way you'll be able to keep up.

While we strongly embrace the concept of group fitness training, you'll never catch us skipping around in leotards cranking Olivia Newton-John on the stereo!
