SATURDAY BOOT CAMP (FAT LOSS & KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING.  

April to November Boot Camp will begin at 8:00 a.m.

December through March Boot Camp will begin at 9:00 a.m.

Every Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m or 9:00 a.m. depending on the time of year.  Next to Whales Tail off of old 98 on the beach.  Bring a towel, sunscreen and water.  All equipment is provided.

A 'kettlebell' or girya (Russ.) is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. The ultimate tool for extreme all-round fitness.

The kettlebell goes way back, it first appeared in a Russian dictionary in 1704 (Cherkikh, 1994). So popular were kettlebells in Tsarist Russia that any strongman or weightlifter was referred to as a girevik, or 'a kettlebell man'.

Art of Fitness Principles

You might be asking which system is the best? How often should I change my exercises, my repetitions and my tempo? The truth is there is no "Magic" formula or ultimate program. A solid and effective workout plan has more to do with the application of the correct training and success principles. In my 9 years as a strength coach I have discovered that there are fundamental principles that all successful programs have in common, regardless of the goal.
